The 200 hours course is suitable for both beginners and advanced level practionors of YOGA . The certificate that you receive is of international validity recognized by YOGA ALLIANCE U.S.A or YOGA ALLIANCE INTERNATIONAL . During the 4 weeks of learning experience one gets to know many aspects of yoga.

Certificate

After successful completion of the course you receive a certificate (200 hours) recognized by YOGA ALLIANCE. This enables you to get registered with YOGA ALLIANCE INTERNATIONAL or YOGA FEDERATION in your country.

Yoga regular classes

Regular classes for biginners and advanced. Morning session starts at 7 am to 8.30 am , evening session starts at 5 pm to 6.30 pm . The regular yoga class is for 1 and ½ hour’s, It includes pranayama(Breathing Techniques) Surya namaskara (Sun Salutation) and the basic Twelve Asanas as Sivanande Yoga Style ..

About Our Courses

The duration of a treatment programmes ranges from 7 to 28 days or more.Also we provide massage course [duration-15days],

special Ayurveda face pack course[duration-10days].we offer six months certificate course in Ayurveda therapy course and also T.T.C in yoga.There is a beautiful herbal garden in our Centre, where you can see a number of different herbs useful for various diseases. In our pharmacy [kairali Ayurveda pharmacy]you can buy reputed Ayurveda company’s medicines and herbal cosmetic products useful for all kinds of health problems .There are two things you should never miss in life-good health and stress free life. At KairaliVaidyaMadom you will enjoy all of these. Along with all these facilities you can experience a friendly and homely atmosphere at our Centre.

  • 9 :00 Am To 11:30 Am-Yoga Asana.
  • 11:30 Am to 12:30 Pm-Lunch.
  • 12:30 Pm To 2 :30 Pm-Lecture.
  • 2 :30 Pm To 4 :30 Pm–Yoga Asana.
  • 4 :30 Pm To 5 :00 Pm-Tea Break.
